Meet the Founder!

Courtney Grandi

Courtney Grandi, Facial Anatomist, is the Founder and CEO of Pelle Sana Facial Spa, a boutique skincare studio in Hummelstown, PA, where advanced facial therapies meet holistic self-care. She brings over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, including 21 years working in and alongside top-rated spas such as The Hotel Hershey. Through her work, Courtney combines anatomical expertise, intuitive touch, and science-backed methods to help women feel radiant, resilient, and deeply restored in their skin.

After graduating from the Von Lee International School of Aesthetics in 2000, Courtney began her career at the prestigious Hotel Hershey 4-Star Forbes-Rated Spa. There, she received elite training in luxury skincare and exceptional guest care. Later on, she advanced her studies in Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, further shaping her whole-person approach to beauty and wellness.

Moreover, Courtney is the creator of Lift Therapy, Central PA’s only fascia-based facial sculpting method. This innovative technique is designed to release deep tension, elevate facial structure, and visibly rejuvenate the skin. As a result, clients experience natural lift, renewed confidence, and calm within the nervous system—creating aesthetic and lasting results.

In addition, she is the founder of Lumina Skincare, a clean, high-performance skincare line that is barrier-fortifying and age-reversing. The line’s regenerative, anti-inflammatory formulas empower women to age beautifully, promoting skin that glows with health and vitality.
